With a career dedicated to supporting top executives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, Maya Battie brings a wealth of experience in operations, leadership support, and office management.
At Kenneth Cole Productions, she managed the marketing office for three senior leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. She then transitioned to Perella Weinberg, where she played a key role in supporting the Compliance Group. Recognizing her exceptional ability to manage complex teams and workflows, Estee Lauder recruited her to oversee the legal departments operations. There, she managed the activities of the Deputy General Counsel, coordinating a team of seven lawyers and five paralegals.
When the pandemic led to the closure of the NYC office for three years, Maya adapted seamlessly to remote work, ultimately relocating to Atlanta. Now, she is the friendly and knowledgeable voice you’ll hear when scheduling annual reviews and reaching out for support.
Originally from a New Jersey town just outside of Philadelphia, Maya now calls Atlanta home. Outside of the office, her passion for gardening allows her to create and nurture beauty, just as she does in her professional life.
